Return Policy

Returns

Full price items can be returned for a refund, one-time exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery date. We reserve the right to refuse returns that: (1) are shipped after 30 days from the original delivery date: (2) are worn; (3) are altered; (4) are washed; (5) are damaged in any way; (6) are missing tags; (7) or the hygienic liners are altered or missing. 

FINAL SALE: Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE. Orders purchased on sale CANNOT be returned for a refund or exchange.

For all domestic orders, a restocking fee of 3% will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international purchases. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We DO NOT refund shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on international purchases or sale items.


Refunds

Refunds for full price items will be processed upon receipt of return. We do not refund shipping costs. Please note it may take up to 7 days for funds to appear in your account. You will receive an email notification once your refund and return are fully processed.
