HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?
Orders will usually ship within 1-2 business days.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Full price items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that the items are returned unworn with their original tags and hygienic liners in place. All sale items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.
To start a return, contact us at jillian@bay2swimwear.com. We will follow up with instructions quickly.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are (1) shipped after the 30-day grace period: (2) worn; (3) altered; (4) washed; (5) or damaged in any way.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?
Online orders cannot be changed once they are successfully placed. Please reach out to jillian@bay2swimwear.com immediately if changes need to be made to the order.
WHERE DOES BAY 2 SWIMWEAR SHIP FROM?
Bay 2 Swimwear LLC is fully based in New York City. All products are designed in NYC, as well as shipped from NYC.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
Please email jillian@bay2swimwear.com if your package has been lost. We will investigate each case immediately and notify you with next steps to ensure you receive your package.
