Full price items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that the items are returned unworn with their original tags and hygienic liners in place. All sale items and discounted items (excluding the welcome 15% discount) are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are (1) shipped after the 30-day grace period: (2) worn; (3) altered; (4) washed; (5) or damaged in any way.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on international purchases or sale items.
Refunds for full price items will be processed upon receipt of return. Please note it may take up to 7 days for funds to appear in your account. You will receive an email notification once your refund and return are fully processed.
