WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

If the item you are looking for is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when that item is back in stock.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?

Orders will usually ship within 3-5 business days.


HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?

Online orders cannot be changed once they are successfully placed.  Please reach out to jillian@bay2swimwear.com immediately if changes need to be made to the order.


WHERE DOES BAY 2 SWIMWEAR SHIP FROM?

Bay 2 Swimwear LLC is fully based in New York City.  All products are made and designed in NYC, as well as shipped from NYC. 


WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

Please email jillian@bay2swimwear.com if your package has been lost.  We will investigate each case immediately and notify you with next steps to ensure you receive your package.
